RETURN POLICY
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You have 15 days from the
date of
purchase to return any unaltered item in its original packaging.
In order to make a return, you must E-Mail us at:
returns@jsharones.com.
We will send you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER to be written on
the outside of
the box. Please return the item by UPS, USPS Priority Mail or Federal
Express.
Include a copy of your packing slip. For your protection,
insure the item for its
full value and ship the item in a way that
you can verify
receipt. We will credit your charge
card upon our receipt and our
verification
of merchandise condition. Unfortunately, credit
cannot be issued
for Shipping Charges.
Special Orders are not subject to this policy.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Due to the nature of the Special Order items - they are subject
to special
conditions.
The lead times will vary depending on the item and manufacturer.
Orders cancelled after the placement of a Special Order are subject
to a
25% Restocking Fee.
To return any Special Order items - a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You will have 15 days from the date of purchase to return any unaltered

DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED PRODUCT
Every reasonable precaution is taken against breakage or other damage
in
transit.
It is your responsibility to inspect products upon delivery for
transit
damage and/or shortage. If damage is discovered upon delivery, please
refuse the shipment and let UPS bring it back to us. If damage is
discovered after acceptance of delivery,

and we will arrange to have the
damaged item picked up and replaced immediately.
WARRANTIES
J. Sharone's limits all warranties and or guarantees to the manufacturers
warranty. If you have any questions regarding a warranty policy,

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship all items via UPS, Priority Mail (USPS) or Federal Express.
In
stock items leave our warehouses within 24 hours of the placement
of the
order.
We do not ship outside the continental US. For shipping information,
please email

with the items that you are interested
and your location. We will be happy to find the most economical
means of
shipping items to you.
Shipping time may also be expedited via a faster means. Please e
mail us

to discuss charges and times. However, please
note - this will only expedite the actual shipping times - standard
lead
times on product will still apply.
ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order on line once it has been shipped. Please
e mail

and we will be able to send that tracking
number to you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can purchase from J. Sharone's On Line using: Visa, Mastercard
and
Discover. We do accept checks under special conditions - please
e mail us

TAXES
We are required by law to collect the appropriate Sales Tax to any
shipments made within the State of Florida.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available in any amount for your family and
friends.

Please note that Gift Certificates are treated like cash. We are
unable to
replace a Gift Certificate if they are lost or stolen. Gift Certificates
are Nonrefundable and are Not redeemable for cash.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, the balance
must
be paid with a credit card. Any unused balance will be placed in
the
recipient's gift certificate account. Gift certificates and unused
portions of gift certificates will expire on year from the date
of issue.
SAMPLE POLICY
J. Sharone's wants you to be happy with your purchases. We understand
that
it is very difficult to make a selection when not being able to
actually
"see and touch" the hardware. Therefore, we would like to introduce
our
"Sample" policy. We will be happy to send to you a sample item for
your
inspection. These items may be returned for a full refund less any
shipping charges. Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking
fee.
The samples can be "checked out" for 10 days. Unfortunately, if
the
samples are returned after this time period we will be unable to
offer a
credit. Once received, your charge card will be credited accordingly.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
The information that J. Sharone's receives from you is for the sole
purpose
of processing your order. We do not share your information with
anyone.
When you provide us with a credit card number, we take the appropriate
steps to protect this information through a secure connection with
you web
